Available Positions

Scam Detection and Removal Specialist

As a Scam Detection and Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring group activity, identifying suspicious behavior, and removing scammers. You’ll use a combination of AI tools and manual reviews to keep communities safe.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review flagged activity in Facebook groups.
    • Investigate and remove scam profiles and posts.
    • Communicate with group admins to provide updates and recommendations.
    • Educate group members on scam prevention.
    • Provide detailed reports on scams and fraudulent activity.
  • Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with social media platforms, especially Facebook.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Knowledge of scam tactics and online fraud is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist our clients and group admins with any issues related to scam detection and account management.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer inquiries via email or chat.
    • Assist group admins in understanding scam reports and best practices.
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues when necessary.
    • Provide clients with educational resources on scam prevention.
  • Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer service experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

AI/Tech Specialist

As an AI/Tech Specialist, you’ll work with the latest AI tools to improve scam detection processes and help streamline monitoring systems for greater efficiency.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and optimize AI tools used for scam detection.
    • Develop and implement new algorithms to identify fraud patterns.
    • Collaborate with the scam detection team to improve accuracy.
    • Provide technical support for our internal systems.
  • Qualifications:
